Empowering the next generation of
Girls in STEM

Girls in STEM is more than an initiative – it is a commitment to empowering young women in Sri Lanka to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Despite excelling in math and science, many girls lack exposure to career opportunities, leading them to shy away from STEM pathways. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and family involvement, we aim to spark confidence, challenge outdated perceptions, and equip parents and educators to support these aspirations. This is about more than equality—it is about building a future where young women become the innovators and problem-solvers our world needs, one empowered girl at a time.
